Mixed Fruit Shake Recipe Apples, rich in malic acid, bananas are filled with healthy calcium and Vitamin B, pineapple and strawberries contain huge deposits of Vitamin C. Ingredients: - 1 apple - 1 handful grapes - 1 handful chopped pineapple - 1 handful strawberries or raspberries - 1 banana - 3 Mejdool dates - A? cup almond milk - 1 cup crushed ice - Honey to sweeten - optional (might not be needed if the concoction is sweet enough) Procedure: Peel and core the apple, and then chop it into small pieces. Put the apple in a blender. Add banana, grapes. strawberries/raspberries, almond milk, mejdool date, pineapple and blend on full speed for at least 1 minute or until everything is smoothly mixed. Taste, and if required, add a bit of honey to sweeten. Pour in the crushed ice and blend over high speed for 30 seconds more before serving.
