Mixed emotions about the new year. I cant say too much bad about 2014, seeing as I am still writing 2013 in my checks. I blinked twice and it was here and gone. New Years resolution? None, this is me, I havent changed in 53 years, 54 doesnt seem likely to make a difference. The good news is I am a year closer to retiring . Bad news, Im a year closer to the permanent dirt bath. In closing, I concede there will be no change in me. If anything, Im going to stop reading the news. The media has gone above and beyond dividing America over battles better fought without our input. Love one another, pick your battles and keep them few or none. You dont have to agree with people no more than you need to comment adversely. and Happy New Year one and all.
