Due to the short horizon of the deadline and people’s limited time we like to let you know that we will accept comment on any portion of the plan and if you cannot read the entire plan we suggest that you focus on the following areas. • MnDOT’s Grievance Process (page 12) Please review for accuracy and ease of placing a complaint. • Greater Minnesota Transit (page 18) This section deals with the accessibility of transit in Greater Minnesota and we would like to hear if there any barriers within the existing system. The section does not address capacity needs. • Sidewalks, Curb Ramps, and Accessible Pedestrian Signals (pages 16-18) These three areas comprise the largest and most visible portion of MnDOT’s accessibility program and we are seeking comment on ways to communicate MnDOT’s progress and user experience. • Accessible Communications (page 13) This section describes MnDOT’s current direction on providing accessible communications to the public and is seeking input on how to prioritize our focus as well as hearing about any persistent issues that you have had when trying access MnDOT’s information.
