Mobile Data Coordinator-MTN Cyprus The role: The successful candidate will be responsible to manage, plan and organize the resources available throughout MTN for the development of Mobile Data Product portfolio for both the corporate and the consumer segment Responsibilities: • Overall ownership of the data product portfolio. • Analyze MTN’s Mobile Data product positioning and to suggest new products and services and/or enhancements to current. • To be able to decide the device strategy for all mobile broadband products. • Provide reports and analyze data to extract valuable insight on Mobile Data connectivity, M2M data products and elsewhere • Assist MTN’s corporate sales department for the creation and management of complex data products and services. • Build commercial campaigns for the promotion of data products. Build technical flows for the improvement of user experience of data related products. • Originate and manage market research, competitor activity analysis and corporate insight research. • Endeavour to lower costs, improve quality, increase flexibility and speed-to-market • Assist in formulating and coordinating tactical marketing initiatives • Create promotion strategy and manage promotion timelines and implementation. • Be responsible for the achievement of data related budget targets Experience/Knowledge: • Degree or Business qualification in IT, Information Science or Engineering .Marketing knowledge will be considered as an extra asset • 2-3 years’ experience in Product Management in a Technical department and/or Marketing of a technology company. • Relative work experience in the Telecoms sector, will be considered as an advantage • An ability to optimize user flows and experience in conception and project management of Telecoms related products is critical for the position. • The understanding of mobile data and ISP access technologies (eg A/VDSL, FTTx, L2/L3 VPN, VoIP, GSM/UMTS/LTE, IP networks) will be considered an asset. • Able to construct comprehensive reports for Mobile Data product fine tuning Applications: All interested candidates should send their CVs to [email protected] stating the job title in the subject line.
