Mobile Sets Vendors, Photocopiers, Book Sellers, Thieves, Dacoits and Pick-pockets have established offices of translation and immigration consultancy. Toutism is on its peak in Aabpara Market, Islamabad Some Illiterates of Mafia (Criminal Gang) have established Translation Centers. These illiterates can’t write even few lines in English Language. They loot Simple People and receive hundred thousand rupees in the name of services against submission of visas cases to foreign mission. Some under-matriculates have become immigration consultants. Customers for them are referred from receptionists and security guards employed at the Foreign Missions and Gerry Fedex Visa Center. I refuse to pay certain percentage of the looted money from public which is in thousands, due to which they don’t let them to reach to me. Either they use my name or tell them that Faiz has already run away. They misguide them. They always use umbrella of current ruling government. This method is applied by all thieves. They rush towards every coming government. The clients are reluctant to file complaints against them to Police due to fear that they don’t register the cases. Sometimes, they receive fifty thousand rupees per file or in the name of appeals. Haram-Khori is on its peak in Aabpara Market. Many of them say five time prayers, perform Hajj and Umrah but with looted money. They are Haram Khor. They say, it is gift from Almighty Allah. They fill the visa form online and receive its charges in ten thousands. They have become Millionaires and Billionaires. Sometime ago, a Serving Additional Secretary of the State came to me for attestation of Diploma of Male Nurse. It’s translation was done by Masoom Tarjama Center. I checked this translation which was totally wrong. I told the concerned officer that translation of profession “Male Nurse” was a intolerable mistake and it was “Male Organ of the Female Nurse”. The problem is that nobody is ready to listen to my repeated warnings, hues and cries. The Traders Union of this market consists of Mafia (criminal gang). They always with win the annual elections by use of haram money. Aabpara Market is considered another Raja Bazaar of Islamabad. However, Raja Bazaar is more peaceful business place than of Aabpara Market. Touts are operating in this market under cover provided by ruling mafias of this market who call themselves as good Muslims. They pray five times and perform Hajj and Umrah for looting the public through shameful ghundaism. A number of the illiterates including photocopiers have established translation offices in this market. The persons who are running these offices don’t know even “abc” (alif bay battuwa) of the translation while translation work is very complicated. It should be done only by a Master Degree Holder of the relevant subject. These illiterates charge fee of a paper in hundreds and thousands for wrongful translation. Taxi Drivers bring the customers for them. The touts and taxi drivers receive certain percentage of whole price paid by the customers. This percentage is called commission which ranges from 30 to 70 %. They also beat the customers when they come back to them with complaint of wrong translation. The touts sitting along-side concerned offices refer the customers to those who pay them certain percentage. The above-mentioned Haram-Khor Mafias also do agent work of attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Foreign Missions. They get their work done with involvement of 2 Tuck Shops, 1 Photocopier, 1 Chaat Seller and many others in Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Security Guards of Saudi Foreign Mission in Islamabad. The Security Guards deliver visiting cards of these fake translation offices to the visitors for want of share. These touts don’t let the customers to reach me. They tell them that Faiz has run away. He is not there. They misguide the customers and receive huge charges from them against wrong translation. That’s why ordinary citizens of Pakistan give bad names to it. As regards my competency in translation, I specialize in translation of papers in Urdu, English and Arabic. I worked and studied side by side in Libya and then worked as Translator in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I possess good knowledge of English, Arabic and Urdu with vast experience of multinational firms. I hold Master Degree with adequate knowledge of laws. I have complete grip over drafting of letters, applications, documents, commercial correspondence and translation of technical matters in English, Arabic and Urdu.
