Models collect fans for contests or because they are hoping to catch the eye of a certain brand etc.. However, I cant help but see that many models are working for free to drive traffic to sites with the leading contest of the day and the website itself is profiting from their beauty every day, long before they ever win anything. All of these models work hard, but only one or two models actually gets a prize. Meanwhile the website in question (like PBMS) cleans up on advertising revenue that these girls are generating for them. I have been running a blog to promote girls for year and I can average a couple of hundred a month from promoting them myself. I want to teach girls to be interdependent and show them how to get paid to promote themselves and each other. When I have spoken to models I have found many girls who are running their fan-pages from their phone, dont know to set up a blog, who have no writing skills, are living in another country, dont have a bank account, cant get approved for an ad sense account. In other words, for many various reasons many models have hit road blocks that they cant seem to get around when it comes to making money on the net of their own work. The intent of my website is to turn the power over to the model by being the middle lady who teaches them to profit of promoting themselves. In order to do this: I have set up my blog so that each girl has their own link page link, which promotes them and their fan-page, twitter or Google page (which ever they desire to gather following on or all if they want). Then I give each girl the link to their own page on my website and pay them 60% of the profits that each girl drives to her own blog page on my website. The other 40% goes to website to pay for domain fees, private registrations fees, prizes for contest that we will run in the future, and of course the taxes that I will have to pay on every dollar earn throughout the year. The idea is to show girls how to make money from blogging, show them how to get paid for their work on Facebook for self promotion, get them interested in being independent of companies for promotion and make them self sufficient promoters. For girls who want to really work at this or those girls who have any writing talent: I can show them how to set up their own blog, get them monetized and they can be earning 100% of the money for themselves. If the girls hit road blocks I mentioned above when I try to help them, for a small percentage of earnings to cover taxes, website costs I will monetize their own blog myself for them.
