Mohamed Karara Kidzania Cairo is a disgrace to your history and mission. Yesterday, its management decided to maximize their revenues due to a major holiday in Egypt. So they decided to overbook and over sell the place. Accordingly, families and kids (whom were asked to be there at 4 pm to enter) were waiting outdoors in hot and humid weather for 2+ hours. Endless lines, without a decent manager to apologize for the mess. We repeatedly asked for a manager to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Ms. Mariam Diraz the manager did not care to show up to families who spent thousands to book the tickets. It was a pity to see around 150 kids & parents who were looking forward for this experience, to get cramped in a tiny hall that barely fits 40-50 persons. I am wondering how the experience inside did go. Hopefully no kids got injured. I was lucky enough to get a money refund after I threatened to call the police.
