Mojo is a black dog in a shelter in Ohio. Do you see him?????? Black dogs and cats are statistically less likely to be adopted. See them!!!!! Mojo is great with people but needs a home with no other animals. This will make it even more difficult for him to find that home. When we bring an fur family member into our home, we should all make every effort to socialize that animal. It is easy with puppies and kittens. They are fun loving and will accept other animals most readily. When you adopt an older animal, this can be a real challenge. I know this from first hand experience with Spike. Spike is friendly with our pack but not so friendly with strangers. It requires a lot of work and patience....and Spike is a work in progress. Mojo would require work. If you can make that commitment, a loving dog is waiting for you. Please make every effort to socialize your fur family members. Help make them good citizens with other humans and animals. Do it for them!!! If Mojo had been socialized as a young dog, his odds at a home would be greatly improved. Mojo, a black dog that needs a home with no other animals.... I see you Mojo...but I have 2 dogs and and 2 cats.......
