Mollina Schoolchildren Visit Around this time of year we receive a visit from one of the local schools; whether its something they do on their own or its pre-arranged with the hotel, I dont know. However, I would like to voice my thanks and appreciation of their visit to the market where the children bravely approach us to ask questions in English, and then to give us a short musical presentation of some Christmas carols. It cannot be easy for them to ask questions of strangers in a foreign language and although some look as though they enjoy the experience, its likely to be nerve racking for others. Therefore if any of you know which school or indeed the teacher who accompanies them, please pass on our thanks. I for one would like to extend an open invitation for them to visit the market again, and should they decide to visit again, I would ask you all to encourage them and make them feel welcome. Its nice to do something for the local community and if in a small way we can help these children with their English so much the better. Heres a few photos of their visit with apologies for quality as I was somewhat preoccupied with having my hair washed, lol.
