Mom had surgery yesterday, finally. They drained 600 ccs of fluid during surgery & over 100 additional, over nite. That was alot of fluid. She did really well. Even the pain was tolerabl. BUT, the eve brought on medical delusions. It was heart breaking. the PA made go home. As I was leaving she was yelling for me to come bac. That was truly one of the hardest moments in my life. But she was better this morn. They told me that everything was good, removed the chest tube & is in rm sleeping. I thank & praise God for all his blessings.
