Mom saw the Surgeon today and he feels like all this has just started and is only Stage 1 Breast Cancer. We will not know until she has the surgery if it has spread to the lymph nodes. If it has she will need chemo and/or radiation. The Dr does not think it has spread to the lymph nodes yet. I know it is still Cancer but I feel that we received some good news today. I am thankful that my Mom has always been faithful about getting her Mammograms and this was detected early. I honestly didnt know what kind of news we were going to receive today. I am so thankful and know this was Gods hands on this today. I want to thank each one of you for your calls, texts and FB posts today. You dont know how much they meant today. I thank you for your sweet words and especially your prayers! Please continue to pray for my Mom and my family. Her surgery will be in a few weeks. Love my family and friends so much!!
