Mommie Share Posted by Shell Hi there. I am a mom of an angel baby who I lost at age 18 months due to Partial Trisomy 6, and now have a medically fragile 6 month old who also has a genetic disorder. We spent 4 months in the hospital and over the next 2 weeks we will be checking in with all of his teams to make plans for moving forward. Harlem, my son, has been struggling and it seems every day we are faced with a new challenge. I am keeping a blog, the38day.wordpress , and we have a prayer page. "Amber and Harlems prayer page" here on facebook with updates on his progress and my journey with Kennedi, my angel baby, and Harlem.
