Mommies out there: whats your take/experience on letting baby cry it out for sleep training? Until now, Ive been nursing & rocking her to sleep but the doc said to put her down awake. What ensues when I do that is heart-wrenching. Shell cry for 30 mins... then, I dont know what to do during night wakings. Its so hard to know what is a need. Shes only 3 months old. But I understand the value of teaching her to sleep on her own. Any advice/suggestions are appreciated.
