Tropical Caribbean: No reported storms developing in this area. Tropical Pacific: Tropical Storm Polo west of Mexico with winds around 35 miles per hour (56 km/h) with gust to 45 miles per hour (72 km/h) and cells up to 39,000 (coded 390) feet. Have a low 99E west of Central America with winds around 30 miles per hour (50 km/h) and cells around 50,000 (coded 500) feet.
