Monday, 30thSeptember, 2013. I WILL HELP YOU: SAYS THE LORD “Fear thou not; for I am with thee; be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10. This is God’s Word to the user of today’s devotional; I don’t know what has come upon you. Maybe you have found yourself in the valley of confusion; maybe it looks like the world is crumbling upon you right now. God says He will help you. Permit me to tell you that if God does not help you, then no man can. No man can help you out of that situation right now. God is not a man that He should lie therefore, if He has promised to help you, He will. Do not be dismayed, do not panic, do not be troubled, He that made you knows how best to handle you. You have tried to fight your battles alone, you have tried to help yourself but to no avail. Know that vain is the strength of man if God does not back him up and when He backs you in the affairs of your life, you don’t suffer backache. Let God have His way. Let Him bear that burden for you. He says He will fight for you and you shall hold your peace; let God fight that battle for you and when He does, victory is sure in Jesus name. QUOTE: Only God can truly help a man. WORD OF PRAYER: Dear Lord, I hand over all my burdens to you; fight my battles in Jesus’ name. Amen!
