Monday AM... We are stepping it up to keep the energy up with some leg extentions and breaking it back down with some squat/lunge moves to keep our legs strong and shapely tight!!! We add at the same time working our abs/core muscles and upper body muscles groups all together to create a total body balance look with a healthy glow of confidence with our heart rates soaring with joy that last all day long!!! Strong Mode!!! H
