Monday August 11th I will embark on a new chapter in my nursing career. I will be working fulltime at North crest in womens services and as a nursery nurse. This has been a desire of mine that began many years ago. After many disappointments with fertility and several miscarriages and a little girl that we named Christine that was born early and died due to prematurity,to say that we were scared to death when Trevor and Jolynn were born 13 weeks early weighing just over 2 pounds would be an understatement. Those nurses taking care of our children got us through the ups and downs of premature babies and I said one day I am going to finish my nursing degree-(which I had started years earlier) and I am going to be a nursery nurse and help new parents enjoy the miracle of life, the day has finally come! I am excited to start this new journey!
