Monday I set a goal to run 40 miles this week. Thus far I am 6.5 miles from reaching my goal. Yup, I ache all-over. My hips, lower back, and feet are very sore. My energy levels are zapped due to my dietary changes, but I am almost there. I am pushing through because the alternative is to quit...and I am not a quitter.
