March 10, 1959 RCA Records releases Elvis Presleys single I Need Your Love Tonight/A Fool Such as I, 1 million copies are pressed and sent out to stores. A gold record is sent to Presley, who is stationed in Germany. March 10, 1960 Elvis went to the Holiday on Ice show at Ellis Auditorium and visited backstage some members he had met in Germany. March 10, 1961 Back in Memphis Elvis went for a ride in a Piper Comanche airplane, circling over Graceland and even briefly took over the controls. March 10, 1969 Elvis reported to Universal for pre-production on Change Of Habit. March 10, 1974 Elvis performed at the Civic Center, Roanoke, Virginia.
