Monday as a day off work started and finished well. Breakfast in bed (x2), Netflix in bed (Felix). Got up - coffee, lunch. did an errand, then more lounging on the bed and then finished it with a Kettlebell session (you would be proud Letty How, some serious attention to Windmills and Turkish Get ups today) and then by teaching 2 classes. Now to book my trip to Krakow, Poland in January for the Underground Energy Zone event. Cycling down a salt mine with some fantastic friends and colleagues. Bring it on.
