Monday was a day of highs and lows. Highs as Thomas continues to improve from his surgeries. Family got to see some smiles, a laugh, and he even played with toys for a few minutes! The low was a conference call with his Dornbecher oncologist in which his parents were told, that in spite of his progress, there still are no viable treatment options for his tumors. We continue to seek divine healing. Another significant challenge for the family is that because of his improvement, Thomas no longer qualifies for the acute hospice placement. Please pray for his parents as they work with the hospice social worker and other agencies to find the right place for Thomas and his family. Rental housing availability in the Bend area is almost nonexistent.
