Mondays Move of the Week: Today we feature One Health Clubs Personal Trainer Saskia performing a push up using a stability ball. Check back next Monday for another #MoveoftheWeek The #StabilityBall #pushup is a great exercise to build strength in your upper body working primarily the chest muscles while targeting the shoulders and triceps as well. Using the stability ball adds the work of your core muscles as well. Kneel so that you are facing the ball. Carefully roll forward onto the stability ball until only the lower half of your body is touching the ball and the rest of you is supported by your hands on the ground. Lower yourself until your chest almost touches the floor as you inhale. Using your pectoral muscles, press your upper body back up to the starting position and squeeze your chest. Breathe out as you perform this step. After a second pause at the contracted position, repeat the movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions ow.ly/y6MMZ
