Mondays tip of the day! What do you do when you want to double your income? You work your It Works Business like an actual business! Bottom line is hard work, more hard work, and last but not least. .. hard work! Here are some tips to take advantage of the amazing timing and how to roll into January ready to rock and roll! Tip 1: Dont Slow down! Just because holidays are around the corner isnt a license to take time off. Anyone that decides to slow down is making a huge mistake and will not see an explosion of growth in the new year. You may not be doing as many parties or signing up a ton of new team members but you can still plant seeds every day to set up that explosion come January! Not only that but your lack of consistency and action will trickle down to your team members. People follow their leader so keep in keeping on! Tip 2: Take advantage of TIMING! You are always hearing people in this business saying that timing is everything. It just so happens that this time of year you are seeing and connecting with more people then normal. Between seeing those family members that you only see during the holidays and connecting with friends and people at work in social settings like Christmas parties... now its your chance to build relationships and find out what It Works has that you can offer! Tip 3: Snatch up those booths, events, and fundraisers! This time of year its fairly easy to find local holiday events to put your table in. Many businesses have special things they plan for their employees and schools and churches have holiday craft shows or expos! So how do you find these? Ask around! Post on Facebook asking if anyone had a school, church, or business that you may be able to put a table in. Call places! Contact your local chamber to see if they have anything coming up. Go online and search out local area holiday events. Tip 4: Holiday Packages! If there was ever a way to get someone hooked on our products these packages are it. Giving the gift of health is amazing. Contact all loyal customers old and new and share them. The savings are AMAZING! Look for charities and fundraisers to donate packages. Do in home holiday get togethers... Better Then Botox Parties or facial experiences! Tip 5: Black Friday Blitzing. Holy cow what a day to blitz! Get your team together and do a team Black Friday Scavenger Hunt! Take advantage of the biggest shopping day of the year! Do you realize how many people you can reach? Tip 6: Make sure you take full advantage of New Years Eve. Every single person will be setting those new goals and resolutions! You have what they need. Keep your eyes and ears open! How can you help people reach those goals! Tip 7: Set Goals Daily! Dont slack on your six list. You cant control what others do but you can control what you do. Make sure every night before bed you are planning out what your going to do for your business the next day! Tip 8: Blitz and get info from 5 to 10 people every day! Post on Facebook atleast 3 times a day as well as other social media outlets. Follow up with leads asap! Within 24 to 48 hrs. Tip 9: Build Relationships! This time of year is a great time to strengthen that team bond. Have team Christmas parties. Have a dreamboard party for people to make that 2015 dreamboard and set new yearly goals. Do trainings. Call people! People will stick with you through the tough times because of the relationships you have built! Tip 10: Positive Mindset! No matter what stay positive! Self develop! Feed your mind by getting on calls and connecting with like minded people! Be that positive light on your team! I hope that you all take to heart what Ive shared here! Staying consistent with your efforts is going to change the direction of your business in 2015. I know sometimes it feels we are working so hard but not seeing the fruits of our effort. It can get discouraging but know that even when you cant see growth happening it is happening..... just not right now.
