Money earner his futurity year and his first Derby year!! 6yo! Big, Stout, Flashy Bay gelding with the kindest eye. Fantastic old running blood with the perfect cow horse cross. Seven is eligible for the 2014 and 2015 Derbies. He was started on the barrels as a late 4yo and progressed along nicely. He is currently running steady 2D times and is beginning to frequent the 1D stats. I have owned him since he was a yearling. He is a phenomenal horse. He has a very laid back disposition and is eager to please. I have no problem putting beginner riders on him. I will run him and then put my 2yo son on him to cool him down. He is the type that you ride two handed between the barrels, check him, sit, turn and go on. Hes very easy to ride. He was broke in a working cow horse fashion. He stays very collected at the poll and works off of his hind end. As a two and three year old he was used to brand and gather cattle off of. I started him on the poles before he ever saw the barrels. Not finished on the poles but wouldnt take much. I have begun running futurities and Im selling him to try to get my name out there as a trainer. I truly enjoy training colts and believe in turning out quality horses. If I didnt have so many youngsters I would keep him but he is at that point that he needs to be to make someone a fantastic partner.
