. “Monopoly: The Television Series” An idea that would be an excellent television idea for someone like Whit Stillman. It would feature a story structure taken from the game board itself. I would aim for it to be a half an hour long. Set in and amidst the High Society world in and around Atlantic City New Jersey . Each story arc’s art direction and themeing would be taken directly from the color of the different board spaces. And each story arc would have different characters and casts. With all of the characters from the whole larger story re appearing together in several episode. The “Chance” and “Community Chest” Episodes, would feature all of the characters from multiple story arcs. I also suggested someone like Alec Baldwin………….. As possibly producer. And then had the thought that you could cast every songle one of the Baldwin ’s in it. Stephen, Alec, and Daniel First story arc First Episode – “Go” Second Episode – “ Mediteranean Ave ” Third Episode - “Community Chest” This would be the first episode that features all of the characters from all of the future story arcs as well. Fourth Episode – ‘ Baltic Ave ” Fifth Episode – “Income Tax” Second story arc Sixth Episode – “Reading Railroad” Seventh Episode “ Oriental Avenue ” Eighth Episode – “Chance” Another episode featuring all of the characters from all of the story arcs. Ninth Episode – “ Vermonet Ave. ” Tenth Episode – “ Coneticut Ave ” Eleventh Episode – “Jail” Third story arc Thirteenth Episode – “ St Charles Place ” Fourteenth Episode – “Electric Company” Fifteenth Episode – “States Avenue” Sixteenth Episode – “ Virginia Ave ” Seventeenth Episode “ Pennsylvania Railroad” Fourth story arc Eighteenth episode – “ St James Place ” Nineteenth Episode – “Community Chest” Another episode featuring characters from every story arc. Thirty Ninth Episode – “Chance” Episode Forty – “ Park Place ” Episode Forty One – “Luxury Tax” And the final episode of two seasons of “Monopoly: The Television Series” And the conclusion to the eighth and final story arc and the conclusion to the whole overall story, Episode Forty Two – “Boardwalk” With a huge part of the budget pick up by, “Brooks Brothers,” “Aber Crombie and Fitch,” “The Atlantic City Board of Tourism,” and “Hasbro.” Produced by Alec Baldwin, and starring himself, both brothers and many others. And as I indicated before, “Whit Stillman” and “Hal Hartley” can write some of the story arcs.
