Mooi technisch meetinstrument voor de verzamelaar. Boxed Mavometer (Volt & Ohm Meter): The mavometer was a combination Volt – Ohm Meter and measured direct current in milliamperes and millivolts and resistance in ohms. The instrument case is bakelite. The viewing window is approximately 7cm. The dial reads Mavometer Original-Gossen DRP (Deutsche Reichs Patent). There are six bakelite screw down fasteners with impressed letters to guide the operator in hooking up the instrument. The bottom of the meter has four screwed on legs. All the components are intact. The small measurement dial indicates it was used on delicate electrical circuits and equipment. It has French instructions on the back. It was a forerunner of the modern Multi-Meters The box and Mavometer is in excellent condition.
