More and more states are climbing on board to the Affordable Care Acts Medicaid expansion to extend health care coverage to millions of poorer and poverty-level Americans. Our next-door neighbors in Indiana may be the next to insure the insured. Quality health care for all transcends politics. It also relieves the rural and urban hospitals in those states of the burden incurred with paying for uncompensated care.
