More coverage of the Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747-400 emergency landing at Gatwick Airport. The jet was on its way to Las Vegas until a failure in the hydraulics occurred. The crew returned to Gatwick. As you can see in the video, the pilots made a hard touchdown in an attempt to bounce the right outer-side of the main landing gear out of its wheel well. Unfortunately it didnt work, but the jet remained almost balanced and the right engiens just stayed off the ground. Well done to the crew, a safe landing which everyone can walk away from. -Samuel
