More exciting stuff ahead! The floodgates are open at So Hip It Hurts HQ. While Im still putting the finishing touches on the expanded editions of the first two Cock Robin albums, Im also pulling together all the pieces for the deluxe edition of Exposure, the debut album by female freestyle trio Exposé. And today, another project has been put on the front burner. The debut longplayer by The Lover Speaks will be spruced up with a new coat of sonic varnish! Ive wanted to do this one for nearly twenty years. Expect a full slate of bonus tracks including single versions, remixes and non-album tracks, many of which have never made an appearance in the digital domain. This will be the first time the album has been remastered or reissued. The Lover Speaks are best known for their first single, No More I Love Yous, which was covered by Annie Lennox on her second solo outing, Diva. Hopefully, Annie will read the post on my personal Facebook page, contact me and agree to write a brief paragraph for the liner notes in the collection. Also, if anyone can help me find the whereabouts of band members David Freeman and Joseph Hughes, please reach out to me here with a private message.
