More on Elliot Rodger -- the suspected UCSB shooter -- and the possibility that he had three other bodies in his apartment. (Story does not make clear if they were bodies from his drive-by shooting rampage or from earlier murders.) Again. Does NOT fit a lot of peoples assumptions about who looks dangerous. And apparently had posted videos to YouTube announcing his plans to kill. Why did he have access to guns? Why didnt any kind of mental health or other public, legal intervention help to prevent this? What went wrong? Just horrified.
