More poor husband had to pay DELTA AIRLINES a second time for the Airline Ticket that I paid for OVER A MONTH AGO! Because the SUPER INTELLIGENT DELTA TICKET AGENT wanted to see his credit card that PAID THEM OVER A MONTH AGO....and more poor husband, thought I used MY CARD but the SUPER INTELLIGENT DELTA TICKET AGENT didnt explain to Ted....the card ending in number XXXX! If that SUPER INTELLIGENT DELTA TICKET AGENT had bothered to ask for THAT CARD, Ted would have known it was HIS CARD, NOT MINE!!!! Not to mention....the DATE OF PURCHASE WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THAT SUPER INTELLIGENT DELTA TICKET AGENT! Nice job, Delta Airlines! What about the disabled, the children, and the elderly....who just might have received the Tickets as a GIFT??? We may just have to stick with SOUTHWEST AIRLINES! Id rather be herded like an animal and treated like a Friend!
