More than 1,100 staff and students participated in the budget solutions forums and 327 submissions were made via the forums and the website. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the discussion. A preliminary commentary on the 327 submissions has been undertaken and is now available on the budget solutions website. A package of decisions addressing the budget challenges is being developed under the governance of a subcommittee of the University Council. The package will be presented to the University Council on July 1. The package will be posted to the website (budgetsolutions.anu.edu.au/) following a meeting open to all staff and students that is tentatively scheduled for 12-1pm, Tuesday 2 July in Llewellyn Hall. A confirmation of the meeting will be emailed to all staff and students the morning of July 2 if the package is approved by Council. Thank you once again to everyone who has contributed to this process so far.
