Check trunk, glove compartment, dashboard, spare tire and seat tracks for rust or mud. 3. Check wires under dash. Wires becomes brittle after being wet. 4. Look for moisture in the headlamps and taillights. 5. Use that sniffer for moldy aroma and mildew. 6. Does all the upholstery match? Does the carpet feel lose. It depends on how bad the car was flooded if it salvageable. 2013 Honda CRV motor sucked up water with little interior flooding. It has only 30,000miles!! It is getting a brand new Honda motor.
