More than 3000 dead and wounded people since the declaration of the victory of the Syrian children’s killer “Bashar Al Asad” in the farce of the presidential elections until the date of his swearing. In a time that the president of the Syrian regime are swearing in July 16/2014, after the declaration of his victory in the farce of the presidential elections in June14/2014, the regime’s helicopters and aircrafts have still dropped barrel bombs and launched rockets on the people of Syria in several regions, while it is the president duty to protect his people from any outside aggression or violations of their rights. SOHR could document death of 743 civilians, including 197 children and 108 women, and injuring of nearly 2400, including hundreds of children and women. Those civilians were killed and injured due to dropping barrel bombs by the helicopters. In addition to, hundreds of houses were destroyed and thousands of people were displaced within and outside Syria as a result of the aerial bombardment between the date of the victory’s declaration and date of swearing. It is worthy mentioning that 43% of the people were killed due to aerial attack on the city of Aleppo and its countryside during the period of 43 days between the victory’s declaration and Bashar Al Assad’s swearing today. We, in the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, renew our appeal to all the international parties, which still have remnants of the human conscience, for transferring the file of war crimes and crimes against humanity which have been committed in Syria to the International Criminal Court, or establishing international courts specialized in the situation in Syria in a case of disability to transfer the file to the International Criminal Court due to the Russian- Chinese veto, in order to prosecute the perpetrators of these crimes, first of them the children killer “ Bashar Al assad” and all those who committed these crimes whoever they are. So, the Syrian people who revolt against the authoritarian regime to reach to the State of Democracy, Freedom, Justice and Equality deserve from the International Community to work to stop slaying it and help them to achieve their aims.
