Morena before we over indulge I thought Id put up the workout I did yesterday twice! Yes I know cray cray aye! 1k run 1-rep max back squat 1- rep max shoulder press WOD 21-15-9 Thrusters 40/30kg Chin ups Yes I did it twice 90 chin ups.yes performance is improving so much and I have just finished a workout on Xmas day before I punish my poor body with all the food I will eat today.
