Morning Coffee: I have been reading in the book of Isaiah, I seem to go there often. Over and Over God through his prophet Isaiah, warned the people, as in Jeremiah. he warned them of his coming, he warned them of the results of their departure from him. He told them about Idolatry, that it was in fact a lifeless piece of wood that neither listened, talked, or had the abiltiy to answer prayer, yet they did as they pleased. in Romans paul, states that God gave them over to the depravity of their minds, that is a scary thought for us all. If you are playing with God, or trying to act as if your rules have replaced Gods law, you may be jeoperdizing your own sound mind. God gave them over, if God gave them over that means he had them. That to me is the essence of my God, he has us, until we choose another, until we wander to far outside of his doctrines then we neither have jesus or God. 2 John :9-10. Is your mind sound as it pertains to God? Do you know him as he is? Do you know Jesus Christ and what he has done already for you? And if so, how do you live? Do you live as if he was standing right there? You should as should I for he is. I urge you not to play agod, or attempt to be God, as there is only One true God, Isaiah 45:5. And there is only one way to God, through Jesus Christ the Son.
