We can never earn what only God can give. Romans 6:23 tells us that our wages – what we have earned with our sinful lives - is death. God loves us as sinners and freely offers new life to any and all who will accept it.” “When we truly understand that God gives us what we could never attain for ourselves, our lives are changed. A changed life means a change in behavior. Talk of faith, when not backed up by a changed life, is meaningless and causes people to doubt God’s power. However, a changed life will speak for itself and will show the world how powerful our God really is.” Father, thank you for changing my life.
