Morning Essence ... Life has gifted me with knowing I needed something higher then what the world was making me. Now that I know the art of witnessing, centering, prayer and meditation naturally nature stole my heart through out the process of waking up and wanting to live my dreams more and more each day. My childhood dreams have life again, and my life story is the reflections of learning and unlearning. Great trust is alive knowing after all we are the root of Consciousness and that something bigger we call GOD seeks us and that is where I have found my home.
