Morning Guys! This week is a start of a new 3 week cycle so make sure you bring your brains as well as quite considerable brawn on Wednesday. Max for 20: Workout 2 This time there is a lot of circular movements more recognizable for those who body-build but still very much in keeping with our REAL approach to increasing your strength. Again I genuinely look forward to seeing you and we will all increase our size and strength over the next 3 weeks. (Also the second class has been given the nod so we can discuss that also). REAL-ly excited
