Morning Guys and Girls, Dont forget : a. Coach Norrie will also be presenting a one hour seminar to assist you in preparation for the Witness Maritzburg City Marathon, powered by Clover. This talk will take place at 18H00 at Poobie Naidoo Sports https://poobienaidoos.co.za/ at 67 Boshoff Street, Pietermaritzburg, on Monday evening, 1st December 2014. There will also be lucky draw prizes which will be drawn at the end of the seminar. b. This talk will be followed up with a practical session, beginning at 07H30 on Saturday 6th December and lasting half an hour, at the Canoe Club House on the banks of the Umsunduzi River. You can put this information to the test in the 5km Duzi ParkRun parkrun.co.za/dusi/ which is free and begins at 08H00 at the same venue.
