Morning. Happy weekend. Today I am mostly making a small batch of Lemon Curd ready for tomorrows Upmarket on Huddersfields open market, Brook Street. Free range eggs, unsalted butter, unwaxed lemons, plenty patience & a lot of stirring. Dont make it very often as it has a relatively short shelf life & I like it the fresher the better. If youd like some, you know where well be 10 - 4 tomorrow......end stall, bottom row, adjacent to the fruit & veg stall. Im the one thats most likely sat down because I have a jippy leg at the moment & the boy William the one with the beard.
