Morning Pals. I stand to be corrected. If my memory is very clear, in his speech during the swearing in ceremony I heard Deputy President Ruto say that within the price of maize flour would drop to Kshs 60, how comes today the same government intends to increase the price by hiding under the guise of imposing VAT on this commodity which is very dear to every Kenyan. My question is, is this the same government in which Ruto is the deputy president or not?
