Morning Prayer: Father God, I thank You and praise You for always watching over my family while we sleep peacefully at night. We never have room to fear for You are always with us. Thank You for waking me early this morning so I can spend time with You before I begin my busy weekend. Father, as I sit quietly in Your presence this morning, I thank You and praise You for your guidance, protection and Your provision. Thank You for the promises in Your Word which tells me that You are the Vine and I am a branch living in You, and therefore, I bear much fruit, for apart from You I can do nothing (John 15:5). Father, help me to never lose sight of You or part from Your presence no matter which direction the world tries to pull me. Go before me today and guide my footsteps so that all I do and say I will produce much fruit so that You are honored and glorified. Thank You for Your truth that sets me free so I never have to fear or worry about tomorrow for You are already there paving my way and providing for my every need. Renew my strength, Father, and give me the courage to stand strong when the storms of life threaten to consume me. In all things, I give you the praise, honor and glory. For its in the mighty name of Your Son that I pray. Amen.
