Morning Weather Report: Monday November 24, 2014 Prepare for a roller coaster ride today. A special weather statement is currently in effect for much of Southwestern Ontario due to heavy rains and the potential for localized flooding in snow belt areas. In London we could see anywhere from 15-30mm before the day is over. High winds have prompted warnings to be issued in Elgin, Simcoe, Delhi, Norfolk, Huron, and Grey-Bruce. It will be windy in London as well with gusts up to 80 km/h and sustained winds of 50 km/h. Mild to start the day but by evening the temperature will have fallen from 12 to 5 degrees. It will be -3 overnight with a chance of flurries. Tomorrow a high of 0 degrees and a 70 per cent chance of flurries, still windy with sustained winds of 40 km/h and gusts up to 60 km/h. Wednesday, a mix of sun and cloud, 1 degree. Thursday, cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of flurries, 3 degrees. Friday, a mix of sun and cloud, -2. Saturday, cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of flurries, -1. Sunday, cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of rain mixed with snow, 3 degrees. As of 5:45 a.m. it is 12 degrees, windy and raining. #LdnOnt
