Morning, all. Ive been quiet for a while, so thought Id give a Lindell update for those who have been asking. Lindell is still having severe back pain, so his oncologist ordered an MRI of the back. Praise God. It is NOT the cancer. Apparently he has fractured his spine in the T-5, 6 & 7area. We dont know when or how, but calcification in that area tells us its been a while. No wonder hes hurting!!! This week is chemo week, so in addition to chemo on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, we hope to also see a spine specialist. My prayer is that we can get this pain under control so that he has the strength to fight the cancer. Hes still trying to get food down (its a constant battle), but he was able to eat a bit of split pea soup and the filling from a small piece of pumpkin pie yesterday. Thank You, sweet Lord! One small step at a time.... We thank God for our wonderful friends!!! Your notes, calls and visits mean so very much to us. We are truly blessed! Each day is a gift, treasured on our hearts forever. Remember to keep faith with me. I know God can and will handle this. We praise Him in ALL things!!!!
