Morning everyone. Happy Fall Yall. Well you all know I have been trying to eat better and you all know how I LOVE Ice Cream. So I am in Ingles yesterday and I am walking down the ice cream isles thinking oH my friend I love you but I cant have you. Low and behold I see it Blue Bell SUGAR FREE ice cream. I have died and gone to HEAVEN!!! I jerk that door open and I grab the Dutch Chocolate and run as fast as my tree trunk legs will go to the check out. I get home and I am thinking I wont eat any dinner I will just eat me a big ol bowl of that Dutch Chocolate Sugar Free Ice Cream. I scoop me out a bowl full and head on into my bedroom. Crawl in bed and turn Dallas on and start eating my ice cream. Was the best tasting Ice Cream I have ever ate. Finish it all, scraping that bowl and I settle down to watch part 2 of Dallas. I am lying there all into my show , when all the sudden my belly starts making this noise. I am like what the heck. Ignore it and then it does it again even louder. Then wham, my stomach starts rolling and rumbling like I have never heard before. This goes on for several hours. I am dying and I swear I think one of those dang little aliens is going to pop out and run across my floor. Then it hits. Oh my Lord in Heaven I am running to the bathroom. Sweet Lord in Heaven, I have never felt the cramping I was feeling. I swear I do not have a colon left. Today would be a perfect day for a colonoscopy cause there is nothing left in me. So I drag into work and research this ice cream. I found out that there is something in sugar free candy, ice cream and other diet foods that cause some people major stomach troubles. Well guess who is classified in that group....ME!!! I swear as long as I live if I see anything that has the SUGAR FREE I will run like a dog that has been shocked by an electric fence.
