Morning everyone, I am Yoko who collapse few days ago. I was suppose to be hospitalized with IV drip as my kidney collapse & I stopped eating . unfortunately there was insufficient funds for me to be hospitalized so the vet felt is not going to help if I can only be hospitalized for 2 days. Because of my flu, I have to be in a isolated room and the rates are super high. My caregiver did not give up on me. She remembered a very experienced vet taught her that to do subcutaneous drip the amount depending on the blood test numbers & my size to lower my creatine twice a day. She also fed me a very costly medicine to lower my Bun. She also fed me flu medication. I started to eat gradually and now I am eating not as much as before but I feel much better. She is going to bring me to redo the blood test again to check on my numbers. I am grateful that I can still be alive today. I hug my caregiver & manja like a chubby baby & put my paws on her palm each time she gave me a drip..my caregiver has many other sick cats that required medical attention & special diet food.
