Countdown to Christmas Core Challenge Day 3 - Elbow to Knee - Lie on your back with your knees up at a 90 degree angle. - Extend you right leg, lift your right shoulder off the ground and reach your right elbow to your left knee. - Repeat with the other leg and elbow. - 25 reps on each side - 20 second break - 25 reps on each side
