Morning world. SW Blenheim is waking to a dry 74 headed for the 90s . A line of showers is approaching the east coast and may bring some much needed rain. Former elected S.C. Treasurer Thomas Ravenel who got caught buying and selling cocaine before he took office and was forced to resign ,has now entered the US senatorial race .Like most politicians he was able to resign and was placed on probation . Now he is planning a run as an independent with high hope off joining the other criminals in Washington. A recent study of the cause of rapidly increasing earth quakes in Oklahoma has been traced to fracking by geologists .Earthquakes in the drilling zones were less than two per year ,now the number of earthquakes has to 200 per year. Geologists think the sideways drilling to reach gas and oil fields has opened up existing earth fault lines .This is made worse by reinjecting the drilling fluid used to cool drill bits back into the ground .The fluid acts to lubricate natural fault lines and cause movement.
