#MorningPepTalk Are you a DOER or a DONT-ET? Many people are still waiting for the perfect conditions before they act, dont be like them! Obstacles and difficulties will always be there so get down to business and do what needs to be done! People place confidence in the people who act because they assume action people know what they are doing. Be a crusader, be a volunteer when you see something that you believe needs to be done, go on and do it.
